Terms & conditions

Bookings. We hold your slot when you book online. If you need to move or cancel, please give us 24 hours' notice. Less than that and we'll ask for half the price of the service to cover your stylist's time. We try to be flexible if you're genuinely unwell.

Patch tests. Colour clients new to us need a patch test 48 hours before the appointment - takes two minutes and you can do it when you're passing.

Pricing. Prices on the services page are guides. If your hair takes longer or needs more product, your stylist will tell you what it'll come to before they start. We never spring a surprise at the till. All prices are in NZD and include GST.

Tamariki. We love having kids in the salon. Under-12s pay half the listed price.

If you're not happy. Come back within seven days and we'll put it right at no charge. Or we'll refund you. Either is fine.
